Summary: Overall enjoyable location for a large group. We had enough space to spread out with a geoup of about 20, ages 7 to 70s.The beds were not super comfortable and sheets were scratchy.The downstairs rooms can hear everything throught the floor/ceiling and walls and the downstairs is freezing. There were space heaters there and that made it bearable. The pool is different from the picture. It is not oval, it is round and smaller than pictured.Grill was very dirty we had to buy a grill brush to clean it.Enough plates cups etc. Had pool towels in bathroom by pool but we didnt know so bought some to use. Hot tub was great.A griddle (gas or plug in) would help elevate the property. More seating around fire put would help too.Overall these are nit picky criticisms and we enjoyed our stay.Area is pretty quiet. Closest "big" town is 20 mins away but dollar general had most things you may need.The water heater did break during the stay which then leaked and shorted out the ac unit. The company came out immediately and issue waa solved in less than 5 hours, very impressed by this.
